Opening in 2019, Dauntless is was created with one goal in mind: to provide a unique experience for customers to experience food in a way that they never have before. Located in the Short North of Columbus, Ohio, Dauntless stands out in an environment saturated with dining options.

Our head chef, Caleb Goode, had no official culinary education. Rather, through a deep passion and limitless dedication, Caleb pushed himself to understand and to love food on a higher level. Caleb's goal is quite simple, to transform modern dining expectations. Typical and traditional culinary trends are boundaries by which Dauntless does not abide.

Dauntless is an active supporter of the community. We believe that without our community that Dauntless would not exist, and as such, it is our duty to help in any way possible. All of our employees have the opportunity to take 40 hours of volunteering time off per year, and we are always accepting applications for charitable donations.
