Dauntless was founded and is run by Chef Caleb. He has no official culinary training, and has cultivated his craft through many hours spent in the kitchen. His passion for food and introducing people to new experiences is a driving force in his pursuit of culinary excellence. Chef Caleb is most proud of his bread, which is served with every meal.
